Daily bread has been an important part of human civilization from the beginning. For more than 5,000 years the best breads have contained only four simple ingredients:

Which is exactly how we hand craft each loaf of bread here at Crescent Bakery. All of our bread is mixed and fermented slowly, and shaped carefully, giving it the time it needs to develop all of that wonderful texture, flavor and aroma, which is a sure sign of a great loaf of bread. And great bread should be nice and crusty don’t you think? Ours is … you can count on it! We bake each loaf fresh daily from scratch, ensuring you the highest quality available. We’re sure you’ll taste the difference!


A delayed fermentation French bread, naturally sweet and sumptuous!  A perfect everyday bread.


With the slightly sour sweetness of naturally leavened bread, this everyday favorite is our signature wholegrain loaf. Delicious for sandwiches, with dinner and especially for making French toast on Sunday!


We start with our Rustic White and get inventive adding such creative additions as Apple or Strawberry & Asiago, Cherry & Chocolate, Rosemary, Kalamata Olives, Garlic & Aged Provolone, Artichoke & Peppercorn - whatever strikes the baker (or the baker's wife).
Available every Friday.


Although very similar in character to our French Peasant, this hearty loaf contains six organic whole grains, along with four seeds.
